Because our services are digital and intangible, we have established this Refund and Return Policy to ensure transparency and trust for both our clients and our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, Mercury Bank and Payoneer).

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased directly through our website (khaleddigital.com) or via official invoices. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

2. Digital Services & Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital work and the immediate allocation of resources (labor, software licenses, and research), the following rules apply:

  • Advertising Management (Google Ads/Social Media Ads): Setup and management fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • SEO Services: As SEO is a long-term strategic process, fees paid for work already performed or monthly retainers are non-refundable.

  • Web Design & Development: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the project has not yet started. If the design or development phase has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will be evaluated under the following specific conditions:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the timeline specified in the Scope of Work (SOW).

  • Duplicate Charges: If a technical error results in a double charge for the same service.

  • Service Variance: If the final deliverable deviates significantly from the written specifications agreed upon at the start of the project.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Costs

  • Third-Party Ad Spend: Payments made directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms for advertising budget are non-refundable by Khaled Digital Solutions LLC.

  • Domain & Hosting: Once a domain is registered or a hosting server is provisioned, these costs are non-refundable as per industry standards.

  • Software Licenses: Any premium plugins or software purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction or milestone delivery:

  • Details: Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue and why a refund is being requested.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5-10 business days.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the Original Payment Method (e.g., your Credit Card via Stripe, your PayPal account, or through Payoneer).

  • Timeline: While we issue refunds immediately upon approval, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

7. Cancellation Policy

For ongoing monthly services (SEO/Ads Management), you may cancel your contract by providing 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No further charges will be made after the notice period, but payments for the current cycle are non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We aim to provide a fair and professional solution to every concern to avoid the need for formal disputes or chargebacks.
