Refund and Return Policy

At Khaled Digital Solutions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including Google Ads, SEO, Website Design, and more. Due to the nature of our digital services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity for our global clients.

1. Digital Services (Ads, SEO, Marketing)

Ad Spend: Any budget paid directly to platforms like Google or Facebook is non-refundable, as these funds are consumed by the respective platforms.
Management Fees: Once work has commenced on a campaign (keyword research, strategy, or setup), management fees are generally non-refundable.
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly service at any time; however, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle once work has started.

2. Website & Graphic Design

Initial Deposit: A 50% upfront deposit is required for most design projects. This deposit is non-refundable once the initial concepts or wireframes have been delivered.
Full Payment: Once the final files (Logo, Catalogue, or Website) are handed over or the site is made live, no refunds will be issued.

3. LLC Formation & Domain/Hosting

Government Fees: Any fees paid to state authorities for LLC formation are strictly non-refundable.
Domain & Hosting: Domain registrations and hosting services are non-refundable once the purchase is finalized in our system.

4. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered only if:

The service has not yet been started or initiated.
There is a significant delay in delivery beyond the agreed-upon timeline without prior notice.
A double payment was made due to a technical error.
